Tried to star a number on Sky Talk Shield this morning on both the MySky app and website but will not open the page showing call history. This as being going on for some time now I need to add a new number to my star list urgently

Sky very rarely give an ETA for fixes, most likely because they've got their fingers burned in the past by doing so!

Does anyone have MySky/Web access to Sky Talk Shield or is it down for everyone? I can add via phone but it's quite appalling that they have a service taking this long to fix. More than 24 hours to fix any service these days is poor.
I notice their anti-virus doesn't seem to be available either - and doesn't sound like it ever will but they word their website as though it's a temporary glitch due to be fixed shortly!
I've just switched to Sky broadband and Talk and am very unimpressed at the moment. Took > 48 hours to get a working landline back. I'm also getting regular buffering issues and quality drops when streaming, even though I have 300Mbps FFTP
I can see why it's much cheaper than BT now. Not happy that I'm tied in for a 2 year contract!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RL11 we're told that the fault affecting online access to the Shield settings is not universal. Presumably the number affected is a factor in determining the priority for fixing it.
By anti virus, do you mean the paid for McAfee security suite? That was withdrawn by Sky years ago and I doubt it will return. You would need to go direct to McAfee if you want it but there are arguably better anti virus products available for free anyway.
