Scam outbound calls

I received over 150 calls from people saying that I had called them when I had no idea who these people were Sky acknowledged that I had been victim of some technical scam.unyet I have been charged for the calls that I had not made and basically told I was a liar by one of the customer services team and he said I must have made the calls . My Google maps show I wasn't at home when the calls were made. But they ignored this . What can I do

That can happen when a scammer fabricates the number they're calling from and the number happens to coincide with yours. It doesn't mean the calls are made on your line.

In the absence of a fault, the only way I know of where you're charged for a,call is if the call dialled from your line.
