Porting from Voipfone

I am looking to place a new Sky broadband and landline order for Sky.

they currently have a landline number with Voipfone (it's actually an ex Sky number from years ago).

I want to port the number back to Sky.

when placing a new order on the Sky website, 'Voipfone' doesn't show on the drop down of providers during the 'keep my number' flow.

is there any way to determine if we can keep the number if the provider isn't listed?

Voipfone has confirmed they can port out to Sky no issue.

can I place an order and contact Sky afterwards, or does a port have to be arranged at point of sale?

it's important to them not to lose their number.

@StevenC by all means check with them (we're a customer Community), but so far as I'm aware, Sky can only port your number if you're switching from another active landline provider to Sky. They can't port from a VOIP provider.
