Porting Sky Talk Number OUT

I want to transfer my 0208 landline number with Sky to a new provider that can port it into a mobile e sim thereby having my home phone number on my sky talk mobile.  If I wish to retain the Sky Talk can Sky issue a new home number to enable this to continue.

I don't think so, but you might wish to check with Sky. So far as I know, Sky only issue a new number to a new customer.
