Poor customer service
My phone line is not working, the message on my house phone says "Check Phone Line". I am a carer for my mum. The customer service id rubbish.

Any recent changes to your Broadband/Talk package?
Is your broadband working okay?
Has the landline worked okay until now?
If you're calling Customer Services by a mobile in what way is it rubbish?

I have no idea as I cannot speak to a human. This has got to be one of the best scams on the planet. Pay over £70 per month for not watching and now not even having a phone line.

For fear of receiving more bleeps that the forum filters are picking up this might be a good time to tell you this is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.
