Can't receive incoming calls on landline phone

@David+Leslie+Bowe Are you able to make outgoing calls?

If you're able to dial out have you tried calling Sky and getting them to check the line and potentially arranging an Openreach engineer?

Call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
