Phone problems

I have terrible interference on my telephone. People can't call in. I've checked everything but still no joy.

Regardless of whether or not your broadband is working ok, try the connection test here. If it detects a fault you'll be able to book an engineer there and then. Otherwise the fault will need to be reported to Sky.

@Asbo53  I've removed your duplicate thread that you have recently created, you need to respond to this thread, not raise new ones for the same issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
