Phone number changed
I have had the smae number for over 24 years and been with sky for most of this time, but over the weekend my landline number has changed - no correspondance - just been told people have been trying to call me & the phone noy ringing. I rely on this as my Mother uses it to call me if she needs help & she was trying go call on Saturday & Sunday, luckly I called her. As also getting calls from numbers / people I dont know - NOT HAPPY

Have you made any changes to your Broadband/Talk subscription recently? If not call Sky (150 free from your landline) and report it. Also, if you dial 17070 from the handset it should provide an automated message including the number.
