Phone line not working

My phone line as stopped working and I am a disabled person and cancer patient i also have a defibrillator and feeding pomp

@Stubbins+Fold are you new to Sky landline/broadband? Or has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now? Does your phone plug into a wall socket? Or into your broadband Hub?
