Phone line not working
My problem was reported Monday 29th September, after weeks of crackling on the line, I thought it was my phone so I bought a new one but that wasn't the problem, I was told it was a problem with Openreach, when I got home last night the phone line was working but to my dismay I got up this morning and it's not working again, please can someone ring me kind regards Geraldine Mckiernan

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are. You'll need to report it as you did previously.
