Phone line not working

My problem was reported Monday 29th September, after weeks of crackling on the line, I thought it was my phone so I bought a new one but that wasn't the problem, I was told it was a problem with Openreach, when I got home last night the phone line was working but to my dismay I got up this morning and it's not working again, please can someone ring me kind regards Geraldine Mckiernan
