Phone line not working

Just changed to sky and now the landline isn't working

After a FTTP activation it usually takes an additional 24 hours or so for the phone line to be fully operational. If it's been longer than that and providing your handset is plugged into the hub, and not a wall socket, look at the troubleshooting on this link

@Ann1812 is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub (as @Daniel0210 mentioned)? Do you have a black Hub or a white one?

If you have a black Hub, is the 'Voice' light on the front panel illuminated?

Green or amber?
