Phone line not working

My home phone isn't working, broadband is fine. My phones all display a message "check phone line".. I've unplug£d, checked all cables but still nothing.. just a dead phone line.. any suggestions welcome. TIA

@1wrighty try the Service Status checker for any major, known issues in your area. If that shows nothing, try tehmsimple connection test, even if your broadband is working normally - if it detects a fault you'll be able to book an engineer there and then. Let us know how you get on.

Are you new to Sky Talk/Broadband, or recently upgraded your broadband  technology? Or has your landline with Sky been working OK up to now?

10 years plus sky customer... issue appeared yesterday

Same here, just upgraded, all working apart from landlines? Any help appreciated
