Internet working but phone line isent

Any recent changes to your broadband subscription?
Try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start

Are you new to Sky? If so, when was your broadband/landline service activated? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?
