Phone line not working

Hi, i have recently set up sky boradband talk and stream. Everything is working apart from the phone line. No light is on the box for voice. Cant seem to talk to anyone to get this fixed. Any ideas welcome please?

When was your broadband service activated? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? White Hub, or black?

It was activated on the 14th. I have a black hub and phone line is connected into the back as its internet calls. It was all set up for me moving in today. But I have found i have no phone line

First try restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds. If the Voice light remains unlit, it's best reported to Sky. You could call, or we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you prefer.

Thank you. I have reported it to Sky. Nothing seems to work.
