I need to report a possible fault on my sister's landline, is there somewhere I can report the number to?

Basically when anyone calls her the phone doesn't ring although to whoever is calling the phone seems fine. She has internet but no ring tone or sound of incoming calls, have done all checks such as new batteries etc

Thanks, am hoping I can get the line checked first before getting another filter if necessary?

You won't be able to get the line checked unless you're authorised, as I mentioned before. I'm afraid. Your sister will need to report it to Sky.

She's not very techno phobe! I'm going there tomorrow so see if I can sort out, just hoped I could find out some info first, thanks for your help
