Phone line not working but internet is

Since a home move on 18/07 phone line has been dead, no dial tone.

Internet and TV fine.

Do you have Sky VOIP in your new home - does your broadband Hub have a. Voice light which is lit? If so, your phone needs to be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub.
