Hi, my landline has stopped working, with no dial tone. this is causing an issue with our broadband.
We recently had someone crash their car into the nearby lamppost which holds all the wires, we thought this was the issue but the engineer has been out and fixed the lamppost and wiring to all nearby houses. - still no dial tone and broadband.
was wondering what the issue could be as Iv seen several posts regarding their landline not working (but their broadband was?).
could I get some help please

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:
