Phone line dead

my landline phone is unable to receive or make calls.  Connected ok to mains and BT socket

Just so you know, it's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post here.

Is there any background to this? Are you new to Sky? Or recently upgraded? Or has your landline with Sky been ok up to now?
