I recently found out that I can no longer receive incoming calls on my landlines and when I try to make a call it directs me to talk talk to reactivate the number. I have read that calls are now made through the Internet so I plugged my phone in to my hub but then I got a message on my phone saying check phone line, all lights are on on my hub apart from the voice one.
