Hi,

I'm using a landline phone with my Sky hub and have been having trouble tonight. A couple of times the phone call just dropped out (after about 20 mins).

I also had trouble when dialing a landline number, as each time I dialed I got nothing at the other end.

Has anyone else been having similar problems recently?

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:
