Openreach Engineer Visit Reschedule

Hello, I am not able to change the Openreach engineer visit date in my sky account profile, under the manage visit options. Any leads on how to proceed further would be appreciated thanks

Thanks for the reply @Mark39. As I am abroad currently not able to call them neither I have received any open reach engineer contacts details so far. So looking for alternate options to reach either sky broadband support or open reach team via email

@Amogh1  you could try Sky's  social media presence -  links at the bottom of the page. Sky don't usually use email for inward contact
