All other lights green, voice light no light at all: unplugged, reset, nothing happening? What else can I try? before kids get bored with socialising 😢

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Hi thanks for your reply, ran the test all says good, no issues showing with hub, connection etc, it shows no devices connected, but yet when I try to connect it says no internet connection.

No been with sky for a long time, just came down this morning to no internet on tv, we've lost connection before but it's always come back on within 5 mins or so, I've asked others on the street and they have no issues.

Oh sorry yes the phone cable is in the router like the last engineer recommended when he changed the internal socket 18 or so months ago.

I've given everything I can think off a go, disconnected all cables/connections for like half hour, factory reset which then in turn took away the amber light which was on the voice bit to no light at all.

Back up and running by the afternoon, was a fault on the phone exchange, but did managed a game of monopoly with the kids before returning to their gaming.
