I have gone to set up my new Sky router today and I don't have a white phone box. I was previously with virgin and theirs was with a cable not via the phone line. How can I get one installed?
If you are on Sky Fibre then your phone cable should plug into the back of your Sky broadband hub.

@Anna2279 I'm guessing you mean you don't have a master phone socket? Do you have full fibre with Sky? If so, your router plugs into the ONT, (the white fibre socket on the wall) not a phone socket.
