No phone line

I have been without a landline for 10 days despite an initial investigation proved a faulty input . I was told an engineer would have to call. Still waiting I'm 87 and rely on the phone service

Unfortunately we are customers here on a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

 

You may have to contact Sky by the same means you originally reported the fault to chase up what's happening.
