No phone line

City fibre came yesterday to connect us with super fast broadband fitted now I have no phone connection

When you upgrade to fibre you phone changes to be delivered over fibre and not your old copper line. You will need to plug your telephone into the back of the Sky router, the port is marked with a picture of a phone handset (landline)

Sometimes you will need to wait up to 24 hours after installation before the landline in fully operational.
