No landline

Hi,  I've had no landline for around a week now.  Internet is also very laggy, I did raise it with sky last week who said they'd inform openreach but still nothing.  Is there anything I can be doing from my side incase there's also an internal fault.

If Openreach have been informed then Sky will have checked your line and presumably found a fault outside somewhere which is why Openreach have been booked to carry out the repair. If you reported this a week ago have you since chased Sky up to find out what is happening ?

I'll call them back. I knew  it wouldn't be an instant fix but figured it would be dealt with my now.  Thanks.
