No landline

We have had no landline again for the last 7-10 days, we don't use it daily so cannot be sure when it last worked but it most certainly hadn't been available for at least a week

Have you tried any troubleshooting? Have you reported it to Sky. Have you made any recent changes to your Broadband or Talk package?
