Re: No diling tone
Are you new to Sky broadband and landline services, or recently upgraded? When was your service activated?

Re: No diling tone
Typically it takes up to 24 hours for the phone service to be activated, but there's also a known issue with the white Max Hub which delays activation. You could try resetting get the Hub by pressing the WPS button. If you still have no dial tone, it's best reported to Sky, as advised in their help here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-talk/fix-problems-with-my-phone/articles/fix-phone-problems-start
We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
I'm not sure what you mean by VOIP not connecting to the Hub. To clarify, a standard analogue phone connected to the phone port at the back of the Hub provides Sky's landline service. If you have a BT Digital Voice phone, it won't work with Sky.
