No dial tone

I have no dial tone on my landline. It suddenly stopped working whilst using the line to work from home. Broadband is working fine. I have tried new phone wires and a new phone but still nothing. I have tested the line with the test socket and still no dial tone

Your post has been escalated to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later. They can check the line and if an external fault is found they can notify Openreach to investigate. I'm afraid wfh does not quicken this process. 

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
