Hello,
I've no dial tone. I've got broadband and I've done all the checks advised by online help, checked connections etc. The voice light on the router is off.
Any ideas on how to report the fault please?

No change in package.
No dial tone for 24 hours.

Try restarting your Hub (again) by switching it off for 30 seconds. If the Voice light remains off, it looks like there's a fault which will need to be reported to Sky.
If you wish, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via the forum, to enable you to do that.

Just tried unplugging hub for 30 secs and still no light on voice.
That would be lovely if you could ask someone from sky to contact me.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
