No Dial Tone
Hello,
I've got a Sky phone and broadband package.
The phone has no dial tone. Broadband is still working fine.
The router does not have a light lit for voice and has not in the past.
Tried another phone and that made no difference so I believe it is a fault on the line?

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.
