Hi
Moved in my new home. Open reach engineeer visited yesterday and was not given me "new" landline number.
spoke to sky adviser and she tried calling my "new" number but it kept saying "permanently engaged" she said she couldn't give my my no. Over the phone for to GDPR (so I have clearly been given a new no) and advised someone will
call
me within 72 hrs. Anyone else had the same issue?) I still have no access to sky stream either!

Hi Mark, yes tried that and went through it with the adviser.
I was told it's a network issue and wound be contacted within 72 hrs.
