New landline number

I am about to change my broadband and phone from NOW to sky Ultrafast, but have been told that as this is full fibre I cannot keep my old phone number.

When will I find out my ne phone number.

Sky (and most if not all other providers) won't change your number unless you're receiving threatening calls which you have reported to the Police and have obtained a crime reference number.
