New Fibre phone line problem
New FTTP installed yesterday, broadband working fine, i can make calls but i can not seem to receive them, just has a long dial tone when ringing my number.

@samc850Where is your phone plugged into and when did your activation happen?

@Highlinder hello, the phones plugged into the router (and not the old phone line socket)

@samc850If this is still the same by tomorrow I would give Sky a call to see if they can get someone out to look into it. Just dial 150 on your landline and follow the instructions below to get around the automated system
When you call you will be asked if this is about Sky mobile say " No ", you will then be asked the nature of the call say " Technical ". You will then be asked for a mobile number give it if you are not already calling from your mobile, you will then be asked to hang up when you get the text " DO NOT HANG UP". You will then be asked do you wish to hang up say " No ", you will then be put into the queue to speak to an advisor.
