My phone line not working

Had engineer to upgrade broadband 5 hrs ago and phone line is still off line

@Fudge22 Where you moved from older type broadband to new faster speed and told to plug your phone into the back of the router?

It can take up to 24 hours for the phone line to start working for calls once your service has been switched over.

 

i'd suggest waiting for 24 hours, trying again and if it still isn't working try rebooting for router by turning it off at the plug for 30 seconds.
