My phone doesn't ring with fibre

MY phone rarely rings. 

People try and phone us but say the line says its busy ! which it isnt !

Alao to make a call it often says unable to make a call. 

You push lots of buttons then finally get a dialing tone

@Spannabelle  Does your router have a voice light and has this just been happening for a short period of time?
