My landline not workin properly

Why is Sky unable to assist in discovering why I can't take any landline calls before they just go to answerphone, been going on about it for many months. A long, long time and no matter how often I have rported it, it still persists.

Neither do they repair broadband whenever it goes down for me at night. Its usually after they have clocked off for the night.

The service often repairs itself by morning sometimes, or I switch everything off for a while when it happens which sometimes works also, but not always.

Bring back the good days of good service duh! And oh yes, we do know that BT supplies  most stuff no matter who says that they supply the broadband.

That's a question for Sky, rather than the customers here. Raise and follow up a formal complaint with them.

I have, many times but no action or the engineers look for something very simple to repair. I've had Sky engineers and BT engineers out, still nothing and the problems still exist.

I see no alternative but to follow it up with Sky. There's nothing we customers here can do.

When it goes off at night it could be maintenance taking place. Whenever possible this is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by the time the phone lines open in the morning then is the time to give Sky a call to report it.

@Liz115 is there any history to this? Are you new to Sky's phone service? Or has your phone with Sky been OK up to now?
