I'm being told when listening to my 1572 mailbox that it's no longer enabled

@Etta I'm not aware that Sky operate a 1572 service.

Edited to add: it appears to be a BT/EE and Plusnet service only.

Thanks for getting back to me . Since having Sky Talk ( moved from BT) the 1572 facility has been available to me until now
