Loud crackling and buzzing noise on all calls

My landline is making a loud crackling and buzzing noise at my end whenever I receive or make any calls. The noise is so loud I can't hear what the other person is saying but they don't appear to be able to hear it at their end of the line.

Have you another means of reporting this to Sky (ie; your mobile)? Sky can check the line and forward any fault to Openreach to investigate.

Thanks, I've tried running that but it says no errors were found
