Line cord error

We have a line cord error message

a Sky engineer has visited and said not issue with Sky.

he called BTOpenreach and they said there is a 3 day outage.

I have left a further 3 days for this outage but still same issue.

 

can you send openreach engineer please.

been over a week now with no phone line

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

It looks like you didn't engage with the messaging service which was automatically closed after 48 hours. Best give Sky a call, as the messaging service isn't available again now until after the weekend.

We still have no phone line, over 2 week.  Please can you offer an update from Openreach.  Thanks

Nobody can do that @nick+1 because as @Mark39 said you didn't engage with the private chat that was sent to you on here as advised in the posts above when you first reported this issue.

 

If you want an update you will need to use another phone to call Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
