Landlines

I need to get a landline installed in order to get my broadband installed also. 

Please can you help me sort this out and arrange set up appointment?

As customers here we can't help you so to get the order placed you can either order it online or by calling Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Provision of a data bearer circuit (this isn't a 'landline' any more) is typically scheduled as part of the process.  The exception is where records incorrectly indicate such a circuit is already in place but for some reason it has been removed.

 

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
