Landline

I have a BT landline but since moving to sky can not get this to work. Can sky provide me with a new phone to connect to my hub

@Ward81 welcome to this customer Community 🙂 It's unlikely that Sky will reply directly to your post here.

Sky don't provide phone handsets, I'm afraid (I think it's only BT that do actually).

When did you switch to Sky? Is your phone plugged into the socket at the back of your broadband Hub? It won't work from a wall socket.

As @Mark39 indicates, of all the ISPs only BT/EE has their own handset range because it's just those linear descendants of British Telecom / Post Office Telecommunications / GPO which have well over a century of heritage in such things (going all the way back to the Electric Telegraph Company of 1846)

Note that if your current hardware is branded as 'BT Digital Voice' then unfortunately that's a proprietary platform which only functions on BT Broadband through a BT Smart Hub.

Thanks. I don't seem to have anything to connect the phone to the hub do yes it was just plugged in to the wall
