Landline
I have changed from sky q to skystream and changed broadband supplier to sky. I have been unable to receive any landline calls since but now find that the landline number has changed. Why is this and why was it not explained to me. ?

Re: Landline
Did you ask to retain the number?
If you did give Sky a call (free on 150). Explain that you requested to keep your number. It may not have been possible for technical reasons, and I understand if you move from Now to Sky they can't transfer the number.
Otherwise Sky may be able to cancel your service and basically start again, this time porting your number with it. Note that your previous provider will only keep your old number accessible for up to 31 days. Any such action will result in you being without broadband and any landline until it's re-activated.
