Hi @Allan45 and welcome to this customer Community. By way of background information, ay I ask:

  1. Do you have standard calls where the phone plugs into a wall socket, or Internet calls where your phone plugs into to your broadband Hub?
  2. Are you new to Sky broadband/landline or has your landline service with Sky been working ok until 4 weeks ago?
  3. Any recent changes to your broadband or landline service?

@Allan45 are you using a cordless DECT phone with a base station that plugs into your broadband router? If so do you have a standard wired phone you can try?  Just trying to rule out potential problems within your home, as Sky are suggesting. Is your phone plugged in via a microfilter (it doesn't need one)?

Failing that, I can only, regrettably, suggest reporting it again. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
