I have moved to Sky broadband and my landline now shares the fibre connection. A close relative, who uses TalkTald, tries to phone my landline but, although he gets ringtone, it doesn't call our landline. Normally his number is not sent to the person being called but he has used a special prefix number to change this. It still doesn't work. I am not aware of others having the same problem but how would I know?
