Landline problem

Hi

 

We currently have no landline - no dial tone, cannot make or receive calls. The broadband is fine. I have followed the help guidance, turned the phone off & on, etc, and done the line / service check from the link people have provided in other posts here  - it says there is no problem. Could someone please ask the community messaging team to open a chat for us?

Are you new to Sky, or has your Sky landline been working OK up to now?

OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
