Landline phone

I have a normal landline phone but it's not working what phone do recommend I use please

Can you tell us the background to this? Are you new to Sky Broadband/Talk? If so, is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? And when was your service with Sky activated?  Or has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now?

I'm new to sky broadband/talk the phone I got is not a Internet call compatible it is plugged in to the hub bit don't work

Black Hub or white? This may not be a problem with your phone.
