Landline phone number

I have moved house to my mums and moved my sky to there but we want to have the phone number that was already there not my sky phone number

@CheekyWitch50 so far as I'm aware, that's not possible, I'm afraid. My understanding is that the process will either port your existing Sky number to your new address, or you'll have a new number.

From the perspective of the provider that's a new occupant taking over the previous occupants number, which is generally considered to be undesirable.
