I've had sky TV and broadband installed today, but I haven't been given a phone number, do I have to wait for sky to tell me as I thought it would have been given on installation

Dial 17070 from the landline and listen to the outgoing message is the quickest method or dial your mobile to see what number is displayed.

Alternatively check the Sky app or take a look at emails sent by Sky about the service.

Sometimes you will need to wait up to 24 hours after installation before the landline in fully operational.
