Landline phone does not ring

Landline phone does not ring when call comes through have tried 2 different phones same issue have checked everything we had an issue around 3 weeks ago where phone line was dead and engineer came out to rectify have done broadband check and all ok

@Zoommee I think you'll have to give Sky another call to report it. Call them on 150 from your landline.
